hello,i download 30 days trial version of drweb security space to test before buy everything are good and it seem to be a solid product but there is a big problem i use mullvad for few years along side with avg internet security and until 7 days ago bitdefender total security all work fine with mullvad split tunnel i run out of bitdefender sub and i dont have a plan to renew it again and want to switch to drweb BUT with doctor web installed on my pc split tunnel not working even when i disable firewall still not working also when i remove doctor web it working again so i really want to use doctor web and i plan to buy it for 2/3 year because so far i like it more than bitdefender but this problem make me suffer a bit so can any one here kindly helping me out with this or any doctorweb support members can looking to this problem?

not only firewall test youre self if you can whole doctor web causes me this issues even i remove firewall but still have problem

Just a test: try to remove/uninstall (temporary) not only a firewall, but also SpiderGate, SpiderMail and Parental control components. All these components use DrWeb NetFiltering Service, which could cause some problems when working with VPN or others unusual net activity.

i do this still same problem i will waiting few days if no fix found i will renew my bitdefender

First, we need to find the root of the problem before fixing it. It is impossible to find the root of the problem without logs. Make sure that no other antivirus software is installed on your PC. Attach the logs and specify the exact time (HH:MM:SS) of launching your VPN.

of course,there is no other av or any trace of it on system because i clean install win 11 pro then i download drweb security space for test.about logs is there any way to do that?can you tell me about it please

Well... As a first step, if you have Dr.Web installed, try to find and start dwsysinfo.exe. Then use Google Disk or other filesharing service to attach the archive created.
