I recently purchased a Dr.Web product through 2Checkout, but my order status has remained "processing" for an extended period. I have checked my payment, and it was successfully completed. However, I have not received any confirmation email or activation code.
My order number is 2528621XX. Could someone please assist me with this issue?
Additionally, I noticed some inconsistencies in the order details between the product selection and the final payment confirmation. I have already sent an email to sales@drweb.kz and e-sales@drweb.com with all the necessary details regarding this issue, my email is vioxxxxx88@163.com , but I have not received a response yet. I would appreciate any guidance on how to proceed.
