Help-- insufficient privileges

I've run Dr.web Light which didn't delete the treat.  I downloaded a demo of the full paid version and I'm getting this messages "Dr․Web for Mac OS X could not delete Trojan.Inject2.23 due to insufficient privileges. Switch to the operation with administrator privileges and retry.?


I'm a bit confused as I have admin privileges and there only one user on this mac.  What am I doing wrong?

I have the same issue as you. Had the demo version too but failed to neutralise the detected trojan. Had contacted the support team and I was told to set as administrator privileges. It did not solve the issue though
