ticket auto resolver not working

Hi,

 

I noticed that none of my tickets are closed by automated system since Monday. I think the robot is not working, all of my submissions are unprocessed, but I always have at least 80% of submissions processed by auto resolver robot, and 20% by analysts (manual).

Could you let the AVlab know about that ?

That's true, none of my tickets are closed my the automated system... I have many unprocessed submissions.

After the holidays, analysts will have a lot of manual work.
A robot is likely broken.
