1.   windowsXP sp3 

 

     once delete "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\doctor web" by an accident,eg: "chkdsk /r c:",  after i reboot  the winXP,  drweb cannot  update or  reinstall or uninstall ,  it said that  it had already installed !  ,  and i had reinstall  windowsXP  ,   

 

 

 

2.  Symbian   s60v5

 

 after  drweb  installed in my phone,  run it to  scan virus ,   it cannot  scan  the path  "E:\con\999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999\99999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999\"   many files in that folder  ,  IT QUIT WITHOUT ANY prompt。

 

3.  windowsXP sp3 

 

right click the icon in desktop Taskbar ,chose  [help]  ,   right click the help window  titlebar  chose [goto the url(J)]  ,input "c:\program files\dr web\" , i can delete any file  in this folder ,  or create a folder  "MSIMG32.DLL" ,yes,folder .  in that case , drweb will not work  well,

       if a virus use AutoItX script to do this thing , it's in danger

Please use the utility for delete the DrWeb. Than try install it again. 

 

In the default Minimum mode, Dr.Web disables automatic changes to system objects, modification of which explicitly signifies a malicious attempt to damage the operating system. It also blocks low-level access to disk and protects the HOSTS file from modification. Details
