I use(d) before Eset SmartSecurity on main computer (notebook). Now with ending licence I thinkig about DW Security Space, because I have it at home PC and one work PC (desktop).

I install trial. My problem is not well SPAM detecting. On work PC I have DWSS too, but here I have only one email acount - only for "internal" comunication - very rare to receive SPAM here.

But on main PC with ESS before, is this quite problem. Some emails from forums or work email are time to time marked as SPAM. My question is. Is some (comfort) way how it redefine as HAM and correct this problem for future. As is in ESS - I mean directly from Outlook.

Yes, there is WHITE and BLACK in SpiderMail, but this not solve problem of marked email. This is setting for future case and it is totally uncomfortably (one case is - I must it set twice and sync that - because in main PC I receive also work emails from work "internal" account).

And sending this email to vrnospam@drweb.com is not solution for me, but as I understand, it's for global Spam DB for DWSS. And next problem is possibility to send it. I try it 3x but it always returned it back by provider mailserver as SPAM.

I think, it can be fine, if in SpiderMail would be list (log) of processed emails and there I can redifine. Best solution I think is toolbar for Outlook.

But this is only "automat" for sending SPAM/HAM to DrWEB (vrnonspam@drweb.com or vrspam@drweb.com). That?

I do not know what exactly you have made.
Try to make it once again, but it is more attentive.
I too had problems because of incorrectly copied script.
Make a correct translation from Russian and you will see, that buttons Spam and NO Spam are accessible to job in a manual mode.

Now to train an antispam under itself it is possible simply pressing these buttons for the allocated (selected) letters.

I set macros as is in mvb04.jpg (attention for all macros), but it not help. I try disable security, but it not help.

Or I do something bad?

The matter is that sending goes "silently", i.e. you of anything to see and should not. The maximum that will be appreciable is a removal of letters marked as "spam"
