Use "Send virus" link (http://vms.drweb.com/sendvirus) above instead.I just tried e-mailing a malware sample to Dr. Web and received an error message.

Yes, this is what I have done. I just sent 2 malware samples using "Send virus" link. Is the e-mail problem going to be fixed soon?

Think so. But it was recommended to use link instead of mailing directly to Virlab.

I too have been unable to use this feature for the past two months. I was trying to submit what I believe to be false positives, but have been unable to do so.
