I downloaded Live CD and burn the ISO to a CD..after that i boot from the CD, the green screen come out..it stay forever and it don't load..What should i do?

try to boot with acpi=off:
press [TAB] while choosing boot options,
append the line with noapic acpi=off
and press [enter].
or try booting in "safe mode"
