Try the following commands from the command line:
- sc query spider
- sc query spidernt
- net start spider
- net start spidernt
Copy the output here (preferably in English, I don't think anyone here understands Greek).
Export the sections "HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\Spider" and "HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\Spidernt" and attach the resulting files here.
Would also be useful to scan the machine using
HijackThis,
GMER and
RKU - the procedure how to do logs is described
here - use an online translator. Attach the logs here. Also download the latest
DrWeb CureIt! and scan your machine with that - the log would be useful, too. Without the logs, DrWeb guys (staff or helpers) can' say anything.

P.S.: oh, and also check the "Applications=" line in your Drweb32.key fie. Does it include "SpIDerXP" in the list of applications?
P.P.S.: I understand SpiderMail is working properly, but SpiderGate is not shown in your screenshot. Did you choose not to install SpiderGate?
