Good day,

I installed Dr.Web 5.0 on a Laptop Computer and on a Desktop Computer Today! Thay both have Windows Vista 32bit SP2. I have no trouble doing a express scan on both, everything works great. No so fast! When i do a Complete scan, after say, 30 sec, the desktop Computer Reboots. Also, the Desktop Computer at times locks up, it has 4 GB of ram, and a ADM 64 X@ Dual Core 4000+ 2.1Ghz

As for the laptop, i have no problems!!

Both computers have only Dr. Web on them! No outher spyware, or Antivirus.

Both Computers have no Virus, or Spyware in them. Did a Disk Check, Did a regedit for any Virus or spy scaner.

**Up-date*** Also, did a Complete Scan in Safe mode and it re-booted after 5 sec..........

No Viruses. No spyware.

what i am saying (Joe Valenti) is that when i start a Complete scan, after 30 sec. it (the computer) re-boots. it (the computer) also re-boots in safe mode when i do a Complete scan. I have no trouble doing a express scan.

ok,

i did a full scan on the Desk-top Computer in safe mode, with malwarebites, and we had this below. After we removed it, we are doing a Complete scan, in safe mode, and so far so good. it is scaning, and it is not reboting.
