It seems that files over 50MB require a link for submission. Could you clarify which types of links are acceptable? 

For example:
1. Can I use a public link from a cloud storage service such as Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive?
2. Is a VirusTotal link acceptable if the file has already been uploaded there?

3. Would it be possible to obtain the FTP link from the virus analysis team?

1-2. I suppose yes, but do not forget to zip the file with password "virus" to prevent it from being deleted by the file sharing services. And leave a comment like "Check the file in the archive (the password is "virus")".
