Hi,
Yesterday I download a trial version of the latest Dr. Web Security Space.
After reinstalling to finish the installation, and upon login in, my computer was kinda frozen.
- I was unable to open any documents on my desktop.
- Right-click over any folder/document did nothing.
- The mouse was responsive as usual, but I was unable to open any explorer windows, including the start menu
- Shutting down took forever, but start up occurred at normal speed.
I was forced to use a system restore to a point before Dr.Web installation.
Is there something that I can do to fix this?
I have malwarebytes premium, and sandboxie installed. Are they know to cause problems? Sandboxie asked me to add Dr.Web to some sort of exclusions.
I am running Windows 7 - 64 bits.
