Hey,

I think there's a bug in submitting viruses (https://vms.drweb.com/sendvirus). I sent few files And I don't get an email with the ticket number like always.

I have a friend that can confirm that he don't get's any email back (He has Another ISP and Another email provider)

 

Can someone check what's going on?

I didn't got an answer for the files who were already submitted but I didn't got an email for them.

Was the files sent while the problem managed to sent or I should Re-Submit the files (I hope I'll find them again    )

I cannot say for sure either.

The problem Is here again for at least 2 day's.

Can someone check why it is not working?

Cannot confirm. Tickets are being created.

I can't confirm too, tickets are created. I suspect that you don't receive the emails for some reason, but Dr.Web receives the samples.

I Tried to submit 2 files but with 2 another emails and still don't get a reply. Could it be that the site blocks my ISP/Country/IP?

 

EDIT: I got a reply in one of them... Do you have any Idea why I don't get a reply in one/two mails?

I got a reply in gmail - But I didn't got a reply at my country mail service - The one I was using all the time. (Ok, I get that - Maybe it have problem with international mail's) but I don't get a reply in AOL mail too (http://mail.aol.com/)

OK. I found a service that works for me (Yahoo). Is there a possibility to attach the number of ticket's submitted from my last email to that one so I won't lose all the submission I submited?
