Am I the only one or are there others who also believe there are active threats still active in the system after Dr. Web detects and Neutralizes malware? I have recently executed a file that was packed with malware (unknown to me) and as a result my PC was infected but thanks to Dr. Web guard there was minimum or no harm. I however after running a scan detected the threats and neutralized them successfully. After restarting my computer, I ran another scan only to detect the same threats again!
I have created a support ticket, submitted logs and screenshots and currently the developers are looking into the issue.
I think there may be a neutralizing problem OR there are active threats in memory I think for the malware to appear again.
