i think it should be something like: "DRWEBWCL.EXE %1 ..."

there is no need to add this setting to windows live messenger, Drweb checks the files to-and-from the machines on-the-fly.
but assuming you would still want to, please browse to your C:/program Files>Drweb>drweb32w.exe, i think this would be sufficient enough.
although as i said, rather quite pointless.
