setup.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close ?????????????

Every time I try to run Dr.Web I keep getting this message followed by a Dr.watson debug problem also needs to close. Any ideas would be musch appriciated as DR.Web is the bees knees and I reall y want to use it.

I have still not sorted this problem out, I can run cureit in safe mode and nothing is found but cannot run in normal mode. Any idea's [ sensored ]?????????????

Try to rename CureIt! for example in xrtf.exe or in xrtf.bat

Probably, at your system is present a non detecting Rootkit.
If you are the licence user, that reasonable to access in the technical support service http://support.drweb.com/request/ , having attach a log of а scan of HijackThis
Also you can to attach a log of а scan of HijackThis here. Experts will state it an estimation and and guidelines on treatment of your system

On a broad gull of the suspicious software I do not see.
IIRC there were problems with program Bonjour. Try to uninstall it.
Whether also look the monitor Ad-Watch from program Ad-Aware if it is run. Switch off it and try to start CureIt! anew.

Pls download and unzip RkUnhooker http://slil.ru/26092905 . Run it in normal mode, Report--Scan, uncheck "Files" only, File--save report.
Pls download new cureit, make dir c:test, copy cureit there and rename it to xyz.exe . Copy to c:test the file fast.bat (attached), run it in safe mode. Cure all viruses found (if any).
Please attach here RkUnhooker report and c:testfast.log (zipped!!)

I have run RKUnhooker and have the report, I then did as you said and put fast.bat and cureit xyz.exe in c:/test, I then ran cureit in safe mode nothing was found but there is no fast.log (zipped) file.

I said:
- rename cureit to xyz.exe
- run fast.bat

in c:test there will be fast.log . Attach the file here, but put it in archive first, please.

It's not report requested. Userr had said: "Run it in normal mode, Report--Scan, uncheck "Files" only, File--save report." You've provided hooks only.
Check here: http://www.virustotal.com/ the following files:

RKUnhooker, the rightmost tab - Report, the button Scan - uncheck "Files" only, menu item File--save report. Please, read the posts more carefully. :)
