I have and bitlocker encrypted SSD with Windows 10 installed. Today I downloaded Dr Web SS 10 from its offical website and installed. After restart and entering Bitlocker password, it went to "Preparing for Automatic Repair".

I tried to repair the boot in many ways, but unsuccessful. Then I had to disable Secure Boot to get into Windows.

I even tried disabling all Protection Component & every other setting, but my Notebook didn't boot in Secure Boot mode anyway.

 

I then removed Dr Web and installed another company's security suite & I was able to do Secure Boot successfully. So, the problem is, incompatibility between Dr Web Security Space 10 & Windows 10 in relation to Secure Booting with Bitlocker turned on.

[I didn't try installing Dr Web before turning on bitlocker, might work. I am not going to try it, as my drive is an SSD, so writing count matters.]

P.S. - Dr Web is THE MOST UNDER-RATED Security product in World. It deserves more popularity.

Please solve this issue in Dr Web SS 11, as I really want to use this product in my personal Notebook. For now, if you guys can release an update of SS 10 with this issue resolved, it would be very nice.

Till then, I am using the other company's product.

Is that problem solved with the new SS 11?

SS 11 is working okay on Windows 8.1 (November update ISO) with Secure Boot & BitLocker turned on, on a SED.

I haven't checked it on Windows 10 as I will install Win 10 only when its Theshold 2 version comes out in November.
