I've got a reply from the support team - the most convenient way when the things go so wrong way is to do the following procedure:

1) switch off the self-protection
2) remove from the registry these 2 keys (using regedit.exe):
- HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\SPIDER
- HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\SPIDERNT
3) reboot the system
4) switch off the self-protection
5) execute "spidernt.exe -install:auto"
6) execute "net start spidernt"
7) switch on the self-protection

you may just reboot the system once again instead of doing 6) and 7)

(to helpers!) they said also "spidernt -remove" is one of the most dangerous operation in the version five.

Thanks for this information and for your help. I will make a note of this in case it is needed in the future. Also, it is very good to have this information in the forum, in the event that someone else has this same issue. As I indicated in my post above, I have transferred my Dr. Web SS to my new computer, where it is working completely as it should! It is very nice to not see the small yellow triangle in the systray icon!

No, Borka, there is no yellow triangle in the systray icon! Everything is running normally!
