Hi

I have just run a cure it scan and it labels this file (WRConsumerService.exe)as a probable trojan.

As I understand it this is a file for spy scanner that is necessary to access the internet to do updates. No other service recognizes this as a problem on virusscan.

Should I ignore the alert?

Thanks,

Eric

Yes, you may do it. And more you can send it in virlab. The category: False detection heuristic analyzer.
