My mobile got locked. and the passcode & email-id is not accepting. Please support.

It's showing code - BECERJWAJAGBRTTA , and email id is "nbalooja@gmail.com" and the page "https://antitheft.drweb.com/"is not accepting this.

I removed my SIM Card from my phone, when I returned it back, the antitheft window opened and requested for password. Very unfortunate I don't remember to have a password for Dr. Web. 

It also provided me with an option of inserting code to the antitheft link, but I tried to insert the code several times its not working, I only receive an error message.
