Vista Home Premium Dr Web Update Issue

Please run updater with "Log details" option and attach its log here.We have Dr Web Security Space 5.0 installed on laptop. Been running fine for several weeks. Suddenly, will not complete normal update process. Errors with cannot complete update/disconnected. Tried uninstalling and gets same error while program tries to update during new install. Any ideas?

OK, just for fun I tried to run updater again before I sent log and guess what, the silly thing has started working. I'm stumped but will keep anyone that might be interested posted. Unless something happens again we'll leave well enough alone for now. Thanks for the response though.
