Hello everyone. After installing Dr. Web on my Winows 10 PC, I am not able to connect with internet on my Windows 10 PC. Every other devices are working fine but not the PC. Does anyone have any idea why I am facing this issue? Kindly help me to solve my issue.

Did you install Dr.Web Firewall component?
How do you check your internet connection? Can you ping some wellknown hosts, like google.com, etc.?
Any proxy? VPN? Direct connection?

I think it has been installed automatically. Can't get any response while pinging.

Programs and Features -> Dr. Web -> Change components. Try to leave SpiderGuard, Scanner (if needed) and Updater module only. Uninstall other components, reboot, then try your connection again.

Too simple for us... DNS/router/cable - it's a first thing to check. We thought you already checked all this.
