I'm sorry to hear that your client is experiencing problems after installing Dr.Web AV for Microsoft Windows Server. I'm happy to help you troubleshoot this issue.
First, I would recommend checking to make sure that the Dr.Web software is up to date. You can do this by going to the Dr.Web website and downloading the latest version.
Once you have the latest version of Dr.Web installed, I would recommend disabling the real-time protection feature. This feature can sometimes interfere with other software, and it may be causing the slowdown that you are experiencing.
To disable real-time protection, open the Dr.Web Control Center and click on the "Protection" tab. Then, uncheck the box next to "Real-time protection".
Once you have disabled real-time protection, I would recommend restarting your server. Then, try accessing the Accpac Accounting software again and see if the slowdown is still occurring.
