My friend has a phone that I am supposed to be unlocking after he locked himself out. It is asking for a gmail account which I have entered but still does not work. I have read forums on the internet that say to unlock get a program and unlock it with that, this does not seem to work as I think USB debugging is turned of on the phone which I can not get to, to turn on. It is an android phone and the three buttons you press does not help to reset the entire phone either. Somebody please help me.
