Have purchased two new licenses for Dr Web Linux

 

After inputting the serial no. a window opens with the following two options for a "+150 days license to you license" offer

No matter which of the above options I choose nothing further happens

 

If I close the offer window, it reverts back to being unlicensed.

I was able to solve this by changing my display resolution, which then showed the missing function keys.

Could you submit some additional information about your environment and product Dr.Web?

1. Which a Linux OS do you use?

2. Which version drweb-gui do you have?

You can get it, if you run command terminal in your Linux OS and run:

$ /opt/drweb.com/bin/drweb-gui -version

3. Which resolution of screen was, when you got an error from your first post?

 

This info will help us to reproduce an error.
