Bonjour Messieurs !! :)

В теме:Dr Web Protection for other countries

01 Ноябрь 2015 - 13:15

this is amit from india...i just have one doubt in my mind,,,,,,i am going to buy Dr web Space security ..but my friends told me that Dr web mostly focus/care on Russian market than other country so are not fully get support and protection with Dr web antivirus.........Is it true...if i buy then there is lack of support and detection in the capability?????

Dr Web Security Space (and other products) is fully operational and the protection complete regardless of the country where it is purchased and used and the support also complete.

As you have probably noticed, the forum is mainly supplied with Russian language and it is to us, users outside Russia, to supply these forums in other languages in order to enrich it with ourexperience. I think that's about this your friend was speakink of "non fully support"

I found the answer on a Russian forum page at: http://forum.drweb.com/index.php?showtopic=320771&hl=firefox
And the solution is so simple that I am ashamed.
My DrWeb certificate was registered under the tab "Server" on the certificate manager and as shown on the Russian forum is not there that should be saved, So I deleted it on "Server" and added in "Authorities" (check boxes as shown in the attachment) and there, everything works perfectly.
I hope this will help others users in similar circumstances or close.
