Dr.Web anti-virus for Samba servers updated.

NEW:
- Samba 3.0.31 support;
- The BlockedCacheSize and AllowedCacheSize options
for limiting cache size and disabling it have been added. These
options are used to specify maximum file size in bytes. To disable
cache specify zero as the parameter.
(BugID #21854, #21855);

FIX:
- Errors causing Samba hang up.
- Incorrect processing of tdb files.
