License key file mismatches application!
I have contacted the local distributed during then and they told me that they will send someone over to rectify the problem. They came but they did not rectify the problem until last week there was a virus that was speading on the customer network and only then we found out that Drweb for NW was not loaded and cannot be loaded. The best part is that the local distrubutor have no clue what is Novell Netware is - I have already send/email some of the infomation to them since last week thursday till today there is no reply. There is why I have to seek alternative support method.
I have the license key (DRWEB32.KEY, this is the only key I've got from the distributor). It might not be apporiate to upload the key into this forum please advice and let me what other information I need to provide to you so that you can assist me in this situation.
Some other Server related information:
Server Version : Novell Netware 6.5 SP 5
DrWeb for NW : v5.00.0
License was renewed : This year March 2009
Please advice.

Hi Mickey,
Please email the key file to dd@drweb.com and I'll try to reproduce the problem.
Also, if you wish, please create a ticket at http://bugs.drweb.com, without attaching the key file to it - this will let you track our activity on this incident better.
With best wishes
