Sudo password is not working, try to ad a new sudo with superuser rights, is also not working.

What do you want to unlock? What does Dr.Web antivirus have to do with your problem?

It is in Dr. Web when you start in settings. To change setting, you have to unlock. Thats not working.

 

You can enter the login and password of either any member of an administrators group or the superuser (root).

Look at the terminal output of

drweb-ctl cfshow Root.AdminGroup

When you try to elevate privileges in LinuxGUI you should enter a username and a password of a user being a member of Root.AdminGroup. If the command shows

Root.AdminGroup =

then DrWeb did not manage to autodetect AdminGroup on your distro and you should specify it manually:

$ sudo drweb-ctl cfset Root.AdminGroup your_group

Typically you should use sudo group.
