I installed DR web anti virus on my Laptop 4 weeks ago, instantly internet explorer became pretty much unusable it either fails to start or immediately gives error messages "internet explorer stopped working". Safari and chrome browsers have also became less stable although not as bad. So far I've tried system restore, SFC /scannow, ccleaner registry check, chkdsk, defraggler and I've also restored internet explorer and tried starting without addons! None of the above have found any problems or resolved the issues.

No ideas, because you didn't provide any useful information. Reproduce a problem, wait 2-3 min., then click on Dr.Web's icon in the tray, Tools - Support - Report for technical support. Attach a file to your message, please specify the time (HH:MM:SS) when there was a problem.

I seem to have resolved this by uninstalling IE11 completely, I took it back to IE8 then ran an update to IE10 tested for stability before upgrading to IE11 all seems stable so far if the fault reappears i'll create the support file and attach.
