Good afternoon,
I found that Thunderbird is not able to save the sent email in the Sent IMAP folder when Dr. Web is active (Dr. Web Security Space v.12).
The email client returns a message informing that the process has been aborted.
I found this workaround:
- I save the sent email on the local folder
- Once a month I add Thunderbird among the excluded application in the exceptions list
- I copy all the messages in the local folder to the IMAP folder
- Once all the messages have been copied, I remove the Thunderbird from the exceptions
I think that leaving permanently Thunderbird not controlled by Dr. Web it won't be a good idea.
Is there any other solution that can let Thunderbird save the email on the IMAP folder when the Dr. Web protection is active?
Thank you.
