С начала года сыпятся такие сообщения:

В данный момент продукт не может быть обновлен из-за ошибки "ошибка обмена данными".

Попробовал позагружать URL esuite.geo.drweb.com/update/10.00.0/products?m=83fe5bccee9c3ab764e927c30384bf9b , действительно периодически соединение устанавливается, но ответ на HTTP-запрос не приходит. Это какое-то временное явление после праздников?

Там еще, где-то, должен быть конкретный IP адрес, с которым происходит timeout.

Ни в сообщении, ни в системе не вижу конкретного IP, а какой из двух не работал в командной строке не помню (сейчас оба работают). Когда поймаю еще -- напишу.

На всякий случай, уточню, речь про IP адрес сервера из пула ВСО (esuite.geo.drweb.com).

То есть, в логе drwcsd.log, где-то, рядом с этой ошибкой, должен писать IP адрес сервера, с которого, непосредственно, ЕС сервер не может получить файл.

Забыл уже про log за новый год. Но IP-адреса там нет все равно (видимо, не тот уровень отладки):

Если такого нет, то да, уровень маловат.

В логах больше ничего. Долго не проявлялось, но сегодня утром опять пришло три сообщения. 85.10.234.30 отвечает моментально, а 46.46.160.203 тупит -- из пяти попыток четыре потребовали 7 секунд, одна (четвертая) повисла более чем на 10 минут:
