If you want to have access to the websites that are not recommended to visit by Doctor Web, add them to Spider Gate's exclusions. The access to the listed websites will be allowed, but the sites will be still checked for viruses. By default, the list is empty. If you add a website to the white list, users will be able to access it regardless of other SpIDer Gate settings. Please note that if the site is added both to the black list of Parental Control and to the exclusions, access will be blocked.

Try to be just a little bit more precise. What do you mean by unblock? Are you a Dr.Web user or a site owner? What is a threat in your question? Why do you mention porn or something?

Just want to say that I think that website isn't problematic. Sorry for misunderstanding, it's cause believe that security suspicious content can be in that kind of website (porn). I'm user, but not IT expert :) I'm gonna do what Dmitry_Rus suggested and tell you results.

Hi.

you can aslo submit a False Alarm for that website here : https://support.drweb.com/new/urlfilter/?lng=en

add that website to Spider Gate's exclusions, works for sure by the way :)

but please first send that URL to Dr.Web  VirLab, analyst will chek it again, and if their response still was the same, you need to underestand that the website have an infection for sure, just you cannot see that. trust the analysts ;)

The whole domain owl.li is blocked. Some use it as URL shortener for legitimate purpose and I can never access ist. I report every URL to drweb when I see one on twitter, very annoying.

Hi,

I have followed  instructions in https://support.drweb.com/new/urlfilter/?lng=en to unblock my company's website domain www.intellicus.com. Could you please tell me like how long it will take to remove our domain from your drweb malware blacklist database. This is our critical product's store website & we have few events on twitter & we have been blocked since twitter is not allowing us to post our website url.

Quickest help is appreciated in advance.

Hey

How long did it take Dr Web to clear your website from blacklist?
