I’m currently using Dr.Web on my Windows machine and have encountered an issue that I could use some help with. The problem seems to be Dr.Web is not scanning files as expected, Scan failed and Update failed. Here’s a bit more detail about the situation:
- Operating System: Windows 10 Pro
- Dr.Web Version: 12.0.5
- Error Messages: Error 403: Scan failed and Update failed
- Steps Taken So Far: I’ve tried reinstalling the software, updating to the latest definitions, and running the program as an administrator, but the issue persists.
Has anyone else experienced this issue or have any suggestions on how to resolve it? Any help or insights would be greatly appreciated!
