Dr.Web Security Space 11.0 on Windows 10 64Bit:

 

In case of 'priority updates' Security Space does not reboot if selected. Always rebooting manually is necessry.

Yes, my account does not have administrative privileges, because I would never give my working user such privileges for security reasons. In this case a popup message like "Priority updates installed - please reboot your computer" would be much better than the current popup (which indeed has no effect for most users).
