I've seen few strange things when I had worked with Dr. Web.

1. Fast Scan omit many viruses on my machine.
2. Full scan find almost all viruses on my machine, but it seems it take too much time. It is strange because my machine is Intel Core 2 Duo processor 2 GHz, 2 MB cache, T5750 I think and my machine have 2GB RAM. I think for such parameters the search should be faster or there should be an option for using most system resources.
3. I haven't seen an option for password protection of Dr. Web parameters. Is it should be some similar option added soon?
4. When I download files from the Net will Dr. Web find all viruses on the fly?

I'm sorry for too much questions but they are intended only for improving Dr. Web.

1. In your system there can be many inactive viruses or the viruses located on other local disks.
2. This normal phenomenon. DrWeb very carefully checks all files. Probably on your disks there are big archives or containers.
3. In contex menu of the SpIDer Guard: Control - Options - Miscellaneous - Protect Dr.Web configuration file.

I saw too late english-speaking forums. In the future I'll post there. I know russian so you may answer me in russian. But my level of the grammar is not good so it is the reason for me to not use it.

Оk. Проверка на лету понятие растяжимое. В настоящее время DrWeb не проверяет http трафик. Осенью обещают выпустить версию DrWeb, где такая проверка будет реализована. Спайдер проверяет _любое_ обращение к жестокому диску, поэтому в момент записи вируса на диск он будет обезврежен. Whether all is clear in this Russian-speaking text?

I'm impatient to see new Dr. Web features it seems very promising.
Yes I'm understanding everything in Russian, but as I said my grammar is not good at all - it is the reason I don't use Russian.
