With no GUI - yes, but you MUST press "Start" button manually.

Ok, so cureit can run by command line but not start automaticly. Can you give the example of that command line. I try almost command line that has in cureit help, but still no luck. Tq sir....

The CireIt documeentation slightly obsolete. For example, to skip memory test:
45hlke49.exe -sp"/tm- /ts-"
to check "Program Files" folder without boot-checking:
10sfr56g.exe -sp"/TB- ""C:\Program Files\*.*"""
The main rule is 1. -sp prefix, 2. no " if one key passed, 3. "" if some keys passed and 4. double " if path contains blank.

Mmmm...i've test it...and absolutely cannot be auto start with command prompt...what the waste...

Actually could you tell me what is the difference between booting in safemode plus scanning with GUI and scanning without GUI? Avast antivirus does an boottime scanning all we know, If i am wrong please correct me, avast does this only automatic but the same logic right?

Is there any way to make it scan from command line with these settings?

- full scan
- heuristic analysis
- not ask user
- infected -> cure
- incurable -> move
- adware/jokes/dialers/etc. -> move
- riskware -> ignore
- suspicious -> move

Sure. Run drwebwcl.exe /? for command-line options. Useful for GUI-scanner too. If you will run these keys with CureIt use in this way:
cureit!.exe -sp"/ha /key1... /keyN"
