Which components of Dr.Web have been installed? Did you install a Firewall?

1. Reproduce your problem, remember the time when it happened (HH:MM:SS). Wait 2-3 min.

2. Make a report (click on Dr.Web icon in tray - Tools - Support - Report for technical support) upload it on any filesharing service and provide a link here. Don't forget to tell us the time from p.1.
