I heard that Dr Web has a decryption tool for trojans (ransomware) that

encrypts doc xls and pdf files. Does anyone know if this tool can decrypt

files encrypted by Cryptolocker ?

 

I have submitted emails to Dr Web but to date I have not had any reply.

But I can't read any of those topics because all in Russian. Although I do not expect

you to translate them for me can you please tell what all those topics refer to. Are

they all positive and if so what do I need to do ?

Just tell me if your decoder can decipher/decrypt excel/word/pdf encrypted by CryptoLocker. And what is the name of your decoder that can do it

Describe the signs of encryption. You talk about nothing. Your description of the problem does not identify the virus.
