guys, its ridiculously. you put my site in the "unrecommended" list, however you ignore my requests to explain WHY. what the reason is? i'm really interested ( as admin of this site ) in this problem.
i do hope that such problem is related to russian support and believe that you will be able to help me with that.

I have had an open ticket since October 24. with no answer. I have additionally opened two more tickets between October 24 and today, November 3.
With all due respect, you pride yourselves in answering within 48 hours and most times within 3 hours, but my experience so far has been horrible.

1. It's prohibited to post technical support's tickets.
2. If you've got ticket's number - your request is accepted.
3. It takes up to 48 hours (working days) to answer.
