replies to Virus Submissions, in Russian?

i simply cant understand Russian, so why are the replies in Russian?

i know its a Russian Anti-Virus, but isnt there anything in place to check my language/region?

Im talking about 'Virus Submission' via My.Drweb, the emails i recieve back, ... are in the Russian language, which obviously i cannot speak.

Yes, in some cases it is possible.
It is a job of the robot which processes some types of viruses automatically.
