Hello unslc, an antivirus report (Dr.Web > Tools > Support > Report the technical support) would be welcome.

Also, I didn't install the firewall module, every time I connect through the Hotspot Shield VPN, it just automatically disconnect and reconnect, but the internet isn't go through the VPN.

Hotspot Shield can't connect after installed Dr.Web Security Space, I didn't enable scanning encrypted traffic.
