mazelong, Hello! Please try uninstalling and installing our application again. If your problem persists, create a log file and attach it to the next message.
How to create a log file:
1. On the Statistics tab, open the application menu and select Save Log.
2. The log is saved in the DrWeb_Log.txt file located in the Android / data / com.drweb / files folder in the internal memory of the device.
There will still be one DrWeb_Err.txt file, you can also attach it.
If it is DrWeb_Crash, please also attach.

Thanks for the reply,but I was unable to achieve that,since my phone shutdown accidentially.
This problem persists,AND,IN MY OPINION.THE APPLICATION CONSUMED TOO MUCH CPU TO ACHIEVE MULTI-THREAD SCAN,WHICH STARTED THE OVER-HEAT PROTECTION OF MY PHONE.Dr.web light doesn't have the problem.
