False positives with GCC compiler

I study C programming. I code on CodeLite IDE with GCC compiler.

The programs are very basic but i get virus warnings. So I excluded the programming folder from scanning. But it still bugs me. Why simple C program with 10 lines of code triggers virus warnings?

Why didn't you send this simple program to a virus laboratory with your comments?
