This is regarding the false detection of Advanced PC Care.

Advanced PC Care is a genuine software for windows that optimize windows PC for better performance. This software does not contains adware, installs toolbars, hijack browsers or has other unclear objectives. It is not involved in any kind of malicious activities. We have suffered tremendous financial loss dues to this false detection. Our company is not only losing millions of users but our reputation and web traffic is also getting affected because of this. Please have this detection removed ASAP and revert with confirmation.

IMHO, it isn't false detection. Dr.Web doesn't recognize your program as a virus or trojan. It's just PUP (potentially unwanted program). In my opinion, all these programs are "fake" software, which actually don't improve PC's performance. Standard system utilities do it better. So, Dr.Web just informs newbies.
