I am one of the paid security space user.

 

and i had tried to register to Dr.Web forum.

 

they sent me validating mail "New Registration at Dr.Web forum" to my Email account

 

but when i click the both links it works nothing at all.

i saw this message thousand of times.

and i have thousand of revalidations and all of it has failed.

 

I also sent mail to webmaster-spb@drweb.com

they don't even has answering me.

I cannot activate my account however.

so i had nothing choice but to login by using my twitter.

 

is this paid user service?

is this normal pattern?

It looks like a bug in your validation link.

It should be "&" between "global" and "ion" parameters. Try this:

At once i say thank you for your favor

 

Can i ask you about that you are moderator?

 

This accout "noirboy2" is instantly loggined by using twitter, this is not my main account, this is just temporary account for troubleshooting,

 

My main account name is "noirboy" but it still stucked.

 

I clicked your link and i have tried to login by using main account "noirboy"

 

It still showing me message such like this "you cannot reply to this topic" because still not validated.

 

why is that? why i must having hardest bug for register forum?

 

Is this basical method for Dr.Web managementing company? and why webmaster does'nt has answering me?

This forum is FREE (absolutely) for all users.

As mentioned above, it was a bug.

Webmaster will answer you in working days (Mon.-Fri.).

I hope, you'll resolve your problem soon. Don't panic and be patient.

Dmitry, are they don't working about saturday~sunday?

And you working at this time?

Register bug was not my main cause for panic.

My real cause for panic is they don't answer me for my encoder service.

I had bought security space for few pcs. and i had requested encoder service to them.

it was few days ago and no one answer me. those are made me panic.

 

anyway i don't thinking you have related to encoder service.

I'm very appreciate for your friendly consideration.

I suppose, webmasters (like other people) may get some rest in saturday-sunday... :) I'm not working here. I'm a user, like you.
