Hi ,

i have a samsung galaxy S2 I1900 phone. i had installed your Dr. Web beta version on my mobile. And now your antivirus has locked my phone after i had switched off and on it again. i have forgotten my password which it is asking me to enter and also another option it is saying is to send a message #UNLOCK# from the phone of buddy number. which i did. but still it is unlocked. i dont know what to do now. i have also raised a ticket for this but your support team has asked me put my query here as they can not help me in case of beta version. Kindly help me as my phone is locked and i am not able to use it.

ok , can you please tell me that approximately how much time it will take for developer to see this thread and rectify my problem. Also what should be mode of my phone ( switch on or off) or do i need to do any other things...??

Phone mode has no effect
