Hello Spiders! In last 2-3 days I have a problem with starting Microsoft Edge. When I start it, says "Execution of unauthorized code is blocked", reason: "Attempt to access a system module". 

I do not know how to unlocked it, do I have to go to Exclusions or to do something else?

I agree with you! That's what I wanted to write in the comments in this channel. It is not good to believe 100% in this tests. As said, anyone can make product good or bad. I'm using Dr.Web myself for 5 years, and never had any problem, so I was like wtf is wrong with Dr.Web after watching video. I believe in Dr.Web experience which is an awesome i any case. As system admin im planing to do a "switch to green" from Kaspersky to Dr.Web. I'm also Dr.Web partner in Bosnia. Thank you for your answer and totally agree with you!

Hello Dr.Web fans! In recent days I have watched some latest testing of Dr.Web against malware, ransomware, phishing sites, etc. Dr.Web did not defend against phishing sites at all which is very worrying for any user. Is there to be changed any time soon?

Hello Spiders! I have a question about my files that are stored in C:\Users\Myusername\AppData\Local\Temp

Files starts like this:

AtXXXXXX3

AtXXXXXX4

AtXXXXXX5

AtXXXXXX6

.

.

.etc till

AtXXXXXX971 - this is the last one.

Some of them Dr.Web found as malware and delete them. There is no extension like .exe; .bat etc.. just says "file".

I don't know why are those files are on my laptop and I guess they cannot do harm unless they are at least launched or if they are dll extension or so?!

I also scanned with Malwarebytes and it found only 2 which Dr.Web missed. Many of them I check on VirusTotal and they are not infected.

My question is do any of you had similar experience with this files? If yes, can anyone tell me what kind files are these and where from.

Проблема решилась удалением Dr.Web на android и повторной переустановкой с новой лицензией. Большое спасибо, вы очень любезны!

Сначала хочу извиниться за мой плохой русский язык. Было бы неплохо, если бы разработчики сделали возможность Dr.Web для android разблокировать пароль администратора по отпечатку пальца. Я приведу пример: поскольку мне нужно ввести надежный пароль для Dr.Web для администратора, каждый раз, когда я блокирую какое-либо приложение с помощью Родительского контроля и хочу получить к нему доступ, обычно оно запрашивает пароль, но можно ли его разблокировать по отпечатку пальца, которым было бы намного проще манипулировать заблокированными приложениями, вместо того, чтобы писать пароль каждый раз.

Hello Doctors! I have purchased Dr. Web Security Space from offical Dr.Web site, 1 licence for 1 user 1 year and get free mobile protection. So i already have Dr.Web installed on my Mobile device and licence expires in 31 days. So I want to extend my licence with new key I bought and when I enter it, it asks Full Name, email adress and country or region. After I enter what it asks, click on ACTIVATE and it says "connecting to server" - Licence Activation... internet connection error (error code: 616).

Can you help me extend the licence. Thank you!

Just want to ask about Parent control components, is there any additional options for time restrict internet usage, for example, I want to restrict my son using internet for 2 hours per day, or using phone 2 hours/day (or more better using application for period of time, for example You Tube restrict to 2 hours or any other time... When he reach 2 hours of using, Dr.Web lock the phone and asking for password. 

I know there is option on Dr. Web Space Security, I have it at home, setup and everything works perfectly, but nowdays, phones are more used by kids than Laptops. 

So if there is not an option, think that would be great addon for Dr.Web Security Space application for Android.

Hello! When I clicked on "Neutralize" it says it's not possible. But I'm in contact with tech support and I'm on it's way to delete it. Malware is attached into system files and thats why it cannot be deleted. I have to root phone to delete it. So thank you for your help, soon I will get rid of it!

I was asked from my colegue to check his android phone. Reason was that phone is too slow, crashing applications and especially Outlook which he is using mostly. I installed Dr. Web Secuurity Space for Android, do a Full scan, it found 20 voruses! My God! It deleted 19 and 1 failed to delete. Please Help! Name of virus is: Android.DownLoader.3737.

How to get rid of it?

As a user of Dr.Web Security Space (10 licences at my office) I want to ask few qustions:

1. Does Dr.Web Security Space have a web console, i.e. can i track all my devices (PCs) where Dr.Web is installed - from the web and make commands remotely from my computer?

2.Can i have an overview of all my installed licenses through the web console if it exists.

3. Can I buy backup space from Dr.Web?
