hi,

its become clear to me that drweb is mainly giving av-desk its highest priority, and as i licence holder of the 'general' antivirus, id like to know when more development priority will be given to 'what i could call' the proper drweb antivirus.

im getting very worried about the future and current progress of 'drweb antivirus', support is excellent, but product distribution and development has always been poor, and at the moment... its even worse than it used to be 'due to' the introduction of AV-DESK.

AV-DESK has certainly pushed the usual antivirus for windows OS down the packing order, and v5 public beta has still not arrived.

i hope my comments do sound quite harsh, as they are intended to be so.

Hi Chris,

Everybody was promised to get a version 5 in this autumn. It's not decided how exactly it will look like, but promises were given. Please don't worry, we still think of our usual customers :)

i think you all should get your ass off the av-desk project and get this version released, or at least the public beta :)

i remember when 4.44 wasnt 'really' a proper version, just a stepping stone because v5 was not ready, and how long ago was that?
