Hallo!
I have a problem after installing Dr.Web 5 Space (I had Version 4.44 before): It reports an error "Spider Mail is not installed or incorrect installed". I have tried to uninstall and again to install it, but it did not help. I have Windows XP Professional with SP3. Does anyone have any idea what has happened?

Which way did you install 5.0?Does anyone have any idea what has happened?
Is SpIDerGate working?
Is file drwebsp.dll present in Dr.Web's folder?
Is file drwebsp.dll present in %system% folder?
Try to run
rundll32 "C:Program FilesDrWebdrwebsp.dll" install
and reboot.
